Tony Revilla is a former prosecutor for the United States Department of Justice, Immigration & Naturalization Service (INS). Mr. Revilla was also a prosecutor for Office of Chief Counsel, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and a Founding Member of the Department of Homeland Security. Mr. Revilla is a former public defender for the Miami-Dade Public Defender's Office. Mr. Revilla currently practices Immigration Law and Criminal Defense for the law firm of Revilla & Goldstein, LLP. Mr. Revilla is a recipient of the Cuban American Bar Association's Pro Bono Award. He is uniquely qualified to represent clients in both Criminal and Immigration Courts through his experience in both criminal defense and immigration prosecution.
